Tightlining is a technique use by makeup artist to emphasize the lash line, giving it a thicker and fuller looking lash.  Waterproof and smudgeproof eyeliner is use to line the underside of the upper lash.

PRIMER! Prime your face! Just like you would prime your wall before you paint it; prime your skin! Primers will fill in fine lines and pores to give your skin a smoother finish. A primer is use after your favorite moisturizer and before your foundation.

Please make sure that your moisturizer has absorbed into your skin before you apply your primer.  If your moisturizer sits on top of your skin instead of absorbing, please try a different moisturizer.
